Mark and Patti are a husband and wife team and ranch outside of Belt, Montana. They moved to Belt 15 years ago and are first time ranchers; they raise Black Angus cattle. The Harrisons purchased the old Jolly Roger ranch and have been building their own registered Angus Seedstock herd since 2003. They also run a commercial herd; around 400 pairs total. Mark Harrison has completed two terms on the Montana Stockgrowers Association Board of Directors representing the North Central District. Two of Patti and Mark’s three sons work the ranch with them, and their third son lives in Post Falls, Idaho and is in school. Their daughter is a recent college graduate and works with her high school English teacher doing Shakespearian plays. The Harrisons became involved with Sense-Ability, Inc. when they enrolled their 7 year old grandson in the school. They bring to Sense-Ability a history of working with non-profit organizations and a deep commitment to families and bettering the lives of children. Prior to moving to Montana, Mark served on the Foundation Board for Aquinas High School in La Crosse, Wisconsin and on the American Red Cross Board also in La Crosse.
